How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for large or custom events. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute orders depending on availability.
Do you deliver and set up the décor? Yes! We offer full delivery and setup. Delivery and setup fees vary based on location, size of the installation, and time required.
How long do your balloon displays last? Our balloons typically last 24 to 72 hours indoors. Outdoor displays can be more sensitive to weather conditions such as heat, wind, and direct sunlight. We use high-quality balloons and techniques to maximize longevity.
What is your pricing? Pricing depends on the size, style, complexity, and materials used. We offer packages as well as custom quotes. Contact us with your event details for an estimate.
Do you require a deposit? Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule? Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit). Rescheduling is allowed based on availability, and deposits can be applied to a future date.
Do you offer custom branding or logo balloons? Yes! We can personalize balloons with names, logos, messages, or event hashtags using vinyl printing'
Do you travel for events? We serve Maryland, DC, Virgina, but we’re open to traveling further for special events. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
What do I need to provide on the day of the event? We’ll coordinate with you to ensure smooth setup. All we need is access to the venue and any specific placement instructions. Power may be needed for certain inflators or features.
